As SmartDAX systems are usually mission critical system elements, optimum functioning is of prime importance to our customers. The price of a Smart Storage contract is competitive and depends both on the required service level and a customers geographic location.
The service level selected assures the customer an engineer on-site within a specified time, and additionally a single point of contact and coordination in case of problems.
